Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders across India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors such as public holidays, extreme weather, or local disruptions.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, especially if the product availability is affected.
  • For remote areas such as Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast India, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking details to your registered email address. 
  • If you do not receive the tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at support@flaireyrie.com.

Your shipment will be assigned to the most suitable courier based on your delivery pincode.

What if the Tracking Shows Delivered, but You Haven’t Received the Package?

While rare, sometimes a package may be accepted by a family member, neighbour, flatmate, or office mailroom on your behalf.

If your tracking status shows "delivered," but you have not received the package:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
  • Email us at support@flaireyrie.com, and we will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner.
  • We will thoroughly investigate the case, which may take up to 10 working days.
  • In genuine cases where the parcel is not found, we will issue a full refund.

Please note:
If we are not informed within the 48-hour window after the delivery update, it becomes difficult to take further action, and we may not be liable for any losses.
