Exchange Policy
- You can request an Exchange/Return within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
- Exchanges are accepted in cases of size issues or if you have received a wrong product.
- We offer a free exchange for a different size or the correct product of the same value. Reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.
- If you choose to exchange for a product of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
- Products must be returned with the original sticker label attached, properly folded, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Without these, we won't be able to process the exchange.
- Free Exchange is offered for size issues, but refunds are not provided for size-related exchanges.
- Approved Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered within 10 days.
- Approved Refund amount will be credited within 10 business days
Return & Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued in genuine cases where a defective or damaged product has been delivered.
- To request a refund for a defective product, please email support@flaireyrie.com with:
- Your Order ID
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defective product
- Refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for the original payment or another bank account as provided by you.
- In rare and exceptional cases where a return (without product defect) is accepted, a ₹100 deduction will be applied to the refund. This covers the reverse pickup logistics cost.
Important Notes
- Products used or washed even once are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
- Minor variations in color or design compared to website or social media images are normal and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. Do not accept damaged packages.
- If the defect is found to be caused by misuse or negligence, no refund will be issued.
- Exchange or return requests are allowed only once per order.
